FemForward exists to challenge outdated mindsets and inspire a movement of women who believe in equality, opportunity, and progress. We stand for equal intellectual and professional opportunities, and we refuse to tolerate discrimination, abuse, or silence in the face of wrongdoing.
This platform is here to start the conversations that are often left at the tea table. Too often, people discuss the problem but ignore the reality that the perpetrators may be their own sons, husbands, nephews, or neighbours. Real change begins when we stop looking away.
We will not censor ourselves to make others comfortable. Instead, we will challenge readers to examine their beliefs, confront uncomfortable truths, and take responsibility for creating change. Change starts with awareness, grows through action, and succeeds through collective courage.
